Hi, I'm Kala!
Welcome to Rooted Wings Co! I'm Kala, the person behind this blog. Our family started raising monarchs a few years ago after my mom stumbled on a monarch caterpillar while picking wildflowers for my sister's wedding, and we've been hooked ever since! Raising monarchs is such a fun hobby for the whole family, and we have learned how to take better care of our environment in the process. Thanks for tagging along, we hope you find something useful on our blog!
Some faces you'll likely see around the blog are my mom, Kris, my 6 year old Graham, and my 3 year old Quin.
